§ A/Principles

We optimise for the shortest line between problem and solution. Process exists only where it is load-bearing.

Clear contracts, written scope, signed deliverables. Formality is what allows informality everywhere else.

Web, content, and AI move through the same studio, so the seams are invisible to the people you serve.

§ B/Phases

Five phases. Nothing skipped. Nothing inflated.

Brief

Day 0

You describe the problem in a single page or a 30-minute call. We respond within 48 hours with a written reading of the work.

Scope

Day 1 – 3

A fixed-fee proposal: deliverables, dates, fees, exclusions. You countersign. The scope becomes the contract.

Draft

Week 1 – 3

Working artefacts are shared on a weekly cadence. You watch the work form; we adjust before things harden.

Delivery

Final week

We hand over the file, the documentation, and the keys. Nothing is left half-explained or half-built.

Tenure

+30 days

Thirty days of post-delivery support, no clock. After that, we are available by appointment.

§ C/Standing Terms

Fixed fees

Every engagement is quoted in full before it begins. We never bill by the hour.

Direct line

You speak with the people doing the work. There are no account managers between us.

Quiet exits

If the brief is wrong for us, we say so the same day. No prolonged courtship.
